Nope, we supply it all. You just need to bring water and possibly a towel.
TUF Conditioning - Our staple total body fitness sessions. Designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, build strength and body shape change. Achieved through using resistance training, cardio exercise and higher intensity interval training. Sessions are usually based on timed intervals and vary each day so you never do the same session twice.
TUF Strength - These sessions are slower paced, based on set and reps of exercises and focus on resistance training using mostly free weights such as dumbbells and kettlebells as well as bodyweight and more functional kit like TRX straps.
Both types of session are based around simple but quality workout plans and effective exercises to increase your metabolism, strengthen your weak spots, firm up your wobbly bits – and make you feel good.
Absolutely because there is no “Keeping Up” here. We cater for all fitness abilities. Our role is to help you find the right entry point for each exercise so you can work a your pace, not anybody elses.
We don't as we can’t sell you the results you desire if we don’t know when you’re going to turn up. Therefore we believe offering PAYG is actually doing you a dis-service.
We do but in the TUF way as we don't believe you experience what we offer in a one-off session. Our Trial is called the:

How it works:
1) You register for our 30 Day Program
2) You get “Access To All Areas” just like a fully fledged member; Attend Sessions, Access to our On Demand service, you'll be invited in to our Membership Group, plus receive all the Coaching and Support from our Personal Trainers.
This will give you a far better idea of what we do because it’s way more than just an exercise class. Then, if you then find any time during the first 2 weeks it’s not for you - no problem - we’ll refund your investment.

After the initial the 4 Weeks, there are a couple of options to continue as a full TUF member. These will be discussed in weeks 3 or 4 of the program when you’ll have a Progress Call with one of our coaches.
